Honda HonTech Training

Do you ride Hondas? Do you want to work at a Honda dealership? Check out HonTech.

HonTech® is a 24-week elective program that can be added to our Motorcycle Technology core program. In this program, which is officially endorsed by Honda, you’ll learn both basic and advanced service and repair skills. You’ll learn with special tools, equipment, and training aids. And you’ll work on the latest Honda models, including CBR 1000RR, VTX 1800, and CRF 450R. Models may vary by location. 

Plus, the HonTech® elective provides an opportunity to earn your Honda Pro Technician Routine Maintenance Certificate—credentials that are usually offered only to service technicians with experience in the field. This certificate gives you a definite advantage in the work world. And MMI is the only school that offers it.
